Priest: Nourish why the body and blood of Christ, the bread of life, we bring our prayers before God our father, confidence of a love as his grace is that we can imagine. 

Reader: We pray for Pope Leo as he visited Spain. May the holy spirit is guys his steps, strength and his ministry and open half to the message of unity and peace he brings.

Reader: We pray for peace and justice in the world. As governments speak of peace and, instead make war, may the leaders protect the dignity and security of every person, feeding those who are hungry sheltering those who are displaced and homeless.

(Pause)

Reader: We pray for the poor and the hungry people of our world and those who struggle with poverty or insecurity. In their anxiety and fear, may they find the food they need or both body and soul, so they can live in hope.

Reader: We pray for the many children and young people who are convey making their First Holy Communion. May the Eucharist be a lasting presence in their lives, and inspire all that they say, think and do.

Reader: We pray for people who live in countries where they are prevented from freely practiced their belief in God. May they find courage through our prayers and know that they are not alone.

Reader: Will you pray for people in our parish. May God, who is the love, and the Eucharist, the centre of our community, bring us together to celebrate our gifts and talents and to serve one another with generous hearts.
